PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As a key part of SAP Digital Business Services (DBS), one goal of Mission Control Center (MCC) Cloud Deployment Support is to drive critical customer situations for cloud-only and hybrid (cloud and on-premise) solutions from a critical exception mode back into a business as usual engagement. In addition, MCC Cloud contributes to safeguard Cloud retention and renewals by providing a superior customer delivery experience.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will be part of a highly-motivated team, responsible to overcome escalated critical customer situations related to Cloud products. As a working student in MCC Cloud EMEA your main tasks include:

  • Support on weekly Cloud Reporting
  • Quality Check assurance
  • Review internal EMEA Jam with follow-up activities
  • Project assistance on demand

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration
  • Computer skills MS Office, mainly Excel, Powerpoint
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and German written and spoken
  • Soft skills: very good communication skills, working in virtual teams

Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
