Infrastructure Analyst role that starts in September(latest October) for a long-term contract role in Frankfurt.

The description:

Languages: English & German
Bonus: Portugese

Minimum Experience:
? 3-5 years related experience.
? Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills;
? Project Management experience

Qualification
? Bachelors degree – Business or IT related
? Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology
Infrastructure Library) or other quality process
methodology (i.e. Six Sigma)

Needs to be willing to travel, all traveling, accommodation, food will be paid by the client.



Summary:
The Technical Operations Delivery Analyst is an IT
generalist with broad knowledge of IT systems and
solutions. Knowledge of the WAN, LAN, Server and
Desktop architecture is expected. General knowledge
of software systems, databases, client server
architecture, and infrastructure management tools is
also expected.
A solid background in user support and
troubleshooting is critical as this position involves
dealing with a large number of day to day issues
which arise in supporting the information technology
requirements of business.

Essential Job Duties:
? Facilitates day to day IT Service Delivery to
Europe through daily operational and
project coordination meetings.
? Interacts with all global vendors daily to meet Service Level Agreements and Objectives including
o Field services,
o Servicedesk;
o Network Operations;
o Telecommunications
o Collaboration
? Acts as project manager for delivery of small to
medium size projects
? Facilitates delivery of Braskem Europe specific
services
o Mobility Portal;
o Field Service Knowledgebase;
o IT Services Portal; etc.
? Uses knowledge to document and optimize service delivery workflows to enhance quality, and reduce the cost of services
? Collects and prepares data and reports for budget and KPI reporting

? Demonstrated insight, tact, political acumen, and diplomacy skills sufficient to foster effective relations and build consensus with diverse groups in the enterprise.
? Ability to act with minimal direction and collaborate with management on establishing
long and short-range goals.
