Job Role:
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the gathering of business systems/technical requirements to deliver against project requirements
Key experience:
- Proven track record in Project Management within a Financial Organisation
Advanced technical knowledge in:
- Windows Server Administration (Windows 2008 and 2012)
- Microsoft Clustering
- Understanding of Microsoft Patch release processes
- User support (1st, 2nd, 3rd line)
- Good understanding of Security principles
- Experience with VMWare ESX5 or higher
- Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, VMWare, DFS, Oracle, Unix, Sybase, MSSQL, LDAP, RSA
- Good understanding of Firewall rules
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 desirable
