Task:- To coordinate the activities of a support team
- To provide support on application services including incident and problem management
- In Service Owner role ensure availability and meet KPIs, communications with stakeholders.
Requirements (Must have):
Experience like a Team Leader (m/f) of Service Support
Core Skill Area: Database / Oracle
Proficiency - Core Skill: Advanced
English fluent
