Desktop Support/EUC Support/End User Computing/WIndows Roll out
My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a team of Desktop Support consultants for a 6 month contract based in Dusseldorf.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Validation excercies, matching of current Windows 7 application usage to proposed Windows 10, reducing to 800 packaged applications, Supporting Business with testing of nonpackaged applications, Prioritisation of Application Packaging based on migration planning, Inventory of Windows 10 applications, Provision of application data, sources and binaries to other parties in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will also have good experience in Provision of user/application/asset analysis, Tracking and managing Application Readiness in relation to roll out planning, Coordination of VDIs to support testing, Support of Business application and Testing teams, Coordination between License Management, Business Application teams and Testers, Core Infra Packaging and WPS teams in relation to Application Readiness, Confirmation on Application Readiness and Business sign off and Documentation on Application Readiness workstream.
