Dear all,we are seeking for our client in Munich for an experienced Project Manager Enrolment (m/f).
Tasks:
• Monitoring and control of deliverables, timeline and budget using defined KPIs (e.g. schedule, budget, quality, customer satisfaction) for the sub-project to Implement IMAGO functionalities
• Leadership and motivation of the assigned project team for successful execution of the scope within the overall project context
• Stage based planning (schedule, budget, quality), work break-down and implementation of deliverables in controllable units
• Control and cooperation within the overall project as well as with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
• Reviewing execution of work packages and deliverables regarding quality, timeline, budget, resources and risks (technical, contractual and commercial)
• Presentation of project status, decision requests, solution proposals to the project lead and steering board
• Preparation of project management documentation and project reporting (e.g. exception and highlight reports)
Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related discipline
• Substantial previous experience and proven track record (min. of 5 years) in (sub-)project management and implementation of IT solutions (from processes to acceptance) dealing with data acquisition, identity management, personalization, ID document handling preferably
• Profound knowledge in designing business processes (process steps, data flow, roles etc.) in identity environment
• Soild IT solution know-how
• Good communicator with ability to communicate highly complex topics to peers and stakeholders
• Used to act with a high degree of personal responsibility, target- and solution oriented working methods
• Good decision preparation and decision making capabilities
• Solution oriented negotiation skills
• Leadership personality who can manage a team collaboratively
• Interpersonal skills to deal with customers at ministerial and management level
• Intercultural experience enabling good interaction with different cultures
• Experience in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Prepared to travel internationally
• Fluent in German and English
Workload:
• 60-80%
• Due to client requirements this position is a temporary employment
