The Opportunity
Templeton & Partners is looking for an Office 365 Support to join one of our international clients in Dusseldorf, Germany
The Task
We're looking for an Office 365 Support to be involved in a new migration project.
About the ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Exchange/SharePoint/Skype platform support.
- Exposure to O365 Platform administration (Exchange/Sharepoint Online/Skype for Business/One Drive ), incident resolution.
- Install/configure/troubleshooting messaging systems like Exchange/Lotus Notes/Groupwise
- Configure/Troubleshooting client side issues, mail routing issues
- Any experience with SharePoint migration/enhancement support.
- Active Directory
- Knowledge of Networking
- Exposure to Migration/upgrade of messaging system & migration tools
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Office 365 Support include:
- You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan.
