German speaking Insurance Consultant is required by our client, a leading IT Services company who has several large engagement across UK and Europe for their Insurance customer in work location's: Germany - Dusseldorf, Koln, Hamburg.
To be considered for this role you should have:
Mandatory skills:
Experience in Insurance domain, preferably with Germany based Insurance companies
Experience in Sales Systems, Illustration, agent compensation etc.
Language - Professional proficiency in German and English languages
Personal - Excellent analytical skills and customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, high quality awareness, good team player, result oriented, able to work independently and self-driven
Detailed Description of skills:
- Knowledge Transition: Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, prepare and review system appreciation on applications in scope.
- Knowledge Management: Build and sustain knowledge repository including system appreciation documentation of all applications in scope.
- Provide needed support to the Business users in resolving their day to day queries.
- Liaises with stakeholders and plans and conducts working sessions to elicit and review business requirements.
- Prepares charter, requirements, and solutions documents and supporting documentation (eg, use cases, process flows, business rules, user interface mock-ups, etc.) for the concept and definition phases of the project.
- Recommends most viable technology solutions to management for approval.
- Supports system test planning to ensure that test conditions, scripts, validation criteria, and expected results will successfully test the business and non-functional requirements.
- Participates in design reviews to ensure that detailed designs meet the needs of business and non-functional requirements.
- Manages requirements process using the appropriate requirement manage tools.
- Ensures that necessary research is performed in order to fully understand the business issues, develop possible solutions, and to support development of innovative, cost effective solutions.
