Für das Projekt unsers Partners suchen wir einen SAP P2P Berater (m/w):Aufgaben:
- Design Phase
-- Support business blue print
-- Support preparation and execution of ?fit to template? process design workshops with business / key users
-- Actively identifies process gaps in business requirements
-- Documentation of workshop results to agreed project standards
-- Review of URS (User Requirements Specification) documents
-- Advises project stream lead and Business Process Owner on process questions and in definition of future processes, while ensuring ?fit to template and SAP standard?
-- Support governance and process harmonization / standardization according to requirements
- Build Phase
-- Review and translation of URS to FRS (Functional Requirements Specification) documents
-- Detailed documentation of test cases in HP ALM according to quality standards
--Support Master Data cleansing and harmonization activities required for a smooth transition to the new SAP solution (will be driven by Data Migration Team)
-- Review and quality assurance of training materials for business users in close collaboration with implementation partner
-- Review of SAP implementation, while ensuring fit to business scenarios
- Test / Training Phase
-- Support training execution for business users
-- Creation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents
-- Support UAT (User Acceptance Test)
-- Documentation of UAT results / test evidence to agreed standards in HP ALM
- Cut-Over Phase
-- General support of cut-over activities (planning and execution)
-- Support business readiness assessments; support work life simulations and match to business scenarios
-- Drive Master Data (e.g. material, supplier, finance) transition from old systems to new SAP solution
- Hypercare Phase
-- Support 1st level support for business after successful go-live
-- Support ticket & incident management process by closely working with the implementation partner
--Support of ?Daily Hypercare Reporting?
- Active participation and preparation of project meetings as requested
- Preparation & execution of knowledge transfer sessions to internal resources
- Additional task and activities as mutually agreed
Anforderung:
SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) ++++ (excellent), > 4 yrs.
SAP SOP (Sales, Operation and Planning) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
Data Migration +++ (good), 2-4 yrs.
