IT Programme Manager/Infrastructure Lead/Portfolio Manager with expertise in Office 365, Azure and networking required to deliver a long-term portfolio of IT Infrastructure change for a major international business.
Deliverables
- Lead and manage the O365 implementation project and other infrastructure programs
- Drive the transformation towards more harmonized IT processes and systems
- Responsible to implement a division wide blueprint of infrastructure and systems
- Simplify and enhance the Infrastructure and Operations support, internal and with 3rd parties
- Servicing and facilitating all sales and production locations
- Build a global team of internal infrastructure and operations experts and arrange external support where needed
- Prepare and execute IT investments and IT cost control of infrastructure and operations projects
Requirements
- Master of Science or equivalent university degree
- 6+ years' experience of successfully leading an Infrastructure and Operations team
- Deep understanding of O365 (Windows 10, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, EMS), Azure Cloud and networking infrastructure, WAN (SD WAN), LAN from a technical point of view
- Leadership of infrastructure and operations standardization and harmonization programs
- Experience of PRINCE 2/AGILE Project Management or similar methodologies
- Experience in medium-size companies with multiple cross functional environments
- Proactive, result oriented personality with strong analytical and communication skills as well as hands on mentality
- Fluent in English and preferable German
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
