Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir externe Unterstützung für folgendes Projekt:
Position Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate the company’s data processing activities in regards to the new CRM tool Salesforce
- Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the project
- Maintain records of processing operations
- Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes (e.g. delete their information from our databases)
- Liaise with other organizations that process data on our behalf
- Write and update detailed guides on data protection policies
- Offer consultation on how to deal with privacy breaches
- Follow up with changes in law and issue recommendations to ensure compliance
- Advising executives and management on all information security issues
- Processing of group-wide conventions, decision proposals and process descriptions to ensure information security
- Regular review and analysis of information security incidents
- Monitoring of current safety warnings and, if necessary, definition of appropriate countermeasures
- Design and implementation of IT security training for awareness raising and further education of the employees
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) computer science, ideally with a focus on information security
- Experience in data protection and legal compliance
- Work experience in data protection and legal compliance is a plus
- Solid expert knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws and practices
- Knowledge of data processing operations in the sector of CRM is preferable
- Give advice on the impact of data protection efforts.
- Monitor and maintain records of all data processing activities conducted by the company
- Familiarity with computer security systems
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all noncompliance's
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Very good knowledge of information security standards, such as ISO 27001, BSI, DSGVO etc.
- You are a team player and enjoy working with intercultural teams
