Tasks:
For the functional area of RPA (Robotic process automation) and Service Management (SM) we are looking for a colleague who will take responsibility for the tasks in Application management (AM) and Technical architecture (TA). The RPA Application Management and Technical Architect will support our client in the RPA area, currently with the software platform Blue Prism (BP).
Our Support Cross Function is setting up a professional managed run application - there AM and TA are critical for the stability of the managed processes.
A technical expertise in the Blue Prism (BP) software (or automation in other areas) is key factor for ensuring that the managed processes (setup by our suppliers) are realized in most possible efficient way and in the most technical stable.
Experience with the ITIL processes is needed for ensuring the solutions are well integrated into the IT processes.
The task offers an opportunity to gain experience in working with different suppliers from different cultures, being IT experts from UK, Germany, India. Therefore, fluent English as well as ability to communicate with multiple underpinning contractors and internal counterparts are essential for this role.
You should have the following knowledge and experience for these tasks:
3+years of related experience in related field
At least 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms desired : Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath
Minimum 3 years of process design and process improvement experience
Experience in programming languages (e.g. .NET, Java, ETL etc.)
Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation.
2+ years experience leading and managing support teams
