Data Quality Manager (Network B2B) - Cologne area
My client, a global telecommunications company, is seeking a Data Quality Manager (network B2B) for a 6 month period beginning on July 2nd.
You will be responsible for ensuring the data quality in documentation and monitoring systems. This is a hands on role. You must have good German & English language skills both in reading and writing.
Task description:
- Monitoring the data quality of documentation systems
- Analysis and correction of errors in the documentation
- Evaluation of alarms in the monitoring system to optimize data quality
- Development of quality assurance measures and evaluation
- Control of ext. service providers
- Monitoring stock levels and conducting stocktaking
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and instructions
Must have skills and qualifications:
- User experience in FNT Command, Check MK
- Basic knowledge of network topologies, especially carrier environment (MPLS platform)
- Basic knowledge in Wi-FI (network topology Back End)
- Experience in the field of master data management
- Knowledge of common office tools
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written (purely English-speaking candidates are unfortunately out of the question)
- Good analytical skills, systematic approach and solution-oriented thinking
- Great interest in technical issues and high IT affinity
- Strong customer orientation and very good communication skills, especially via telephone
Nice to have skills & qualifications:
- Deep system knowledge in Check MK, FNT Command
- Telecommunications experience
The daily rate for this role is EUR 520. This is an onsite role.
