Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen System Engineer für ein Projekt im GR Zürich.Projektstart: asap
Dauer: 7 Monate + Option
Einsatzort: GR Zürich
Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
- Provide an efficient high quality end-user support in workgroup/desktop services
- Ensure a competent technical support for videoconference systems
- Collaborate closely with Wintel, Network and Storage teams
- Identify and analyse daily incidents and service requests, and ensure their timely resolution and implementation of solutions
- Actively collaborate with the internal stakeholders in performing the business analysis of technical and security requirements, aimed at the definition of the project solutions for large domains, their automatization and standardization
- Act as a technical reference person for the team: propose operational improvements and help to increase the general standardization and automation of the internal systems and processes
Anforderungen:
- Completed university degree in Information Technologies or other relevant subjects
- At least 5 years of a practical experience in desktop / VDI environments is mandatory
- Proven experience in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or PowerShell scripting, as well as in workgroup / desktop related services in medium-large companies
- Certifications in the workgroup related products (e.g. MCSA or MCSE, Citrix VDI, VMWare Horizon), service management (e.g. ITIL) and/or security (e.g. CompTIA Security+) are a strong advantage
- Relevant experience in the end-users support on all hierarchical levels
- High level of client-orientation, proactivity and motivation
- Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team
- High problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent in German and English
