Stott and May are currently looking for a Datacentre Architect to take on a 9 month contract for a leading client of ours is Frankfurt. This position is pivotal to migrations and DC moves.
Responsibilities;
-Engages with the customer and delivery teams driving new ideas of DC infrastructure (Servers & Storage & Databases)
-Review current technologies and initiating new upgrades
-Present strategies for replacement for best practices
-Support DR planning with liaising with relevant teams
-Create System Architecture documents
Technologies - Windows, Red Hat, Solaris, Netapp, TSM, Cisco UCS, VMWare, Oracle (Exadata)
