On behalf of our Client we are searching on an exclusive basis for an Office 365 Consultant.The purpose of the role is to support the complete Office 365 Platform with Email, Sharepoint, Skype, etc…
Main tasks:
- Support of complete Office 365 Platform, coordination and monitoring the newly implemented MS Office 365 Suite and Collaboration components (Exchange, Skype, etc..): 3rd level support for all Office 365 products
- Create and maintain E-Mail accounts and distribution lists
- Support the users and answer their questions
- Promote in a positive light the possibilities offered by the Office 365 suite, so that the users get to know and want to use the different applications
- Establish and promote the Office365 components in the collaboration landscape of the company
- Coordination of all Office365 activities with Microsoft Vendor Management
- Support Office365 license management
- Support mobile device management as an optional challenge
- Sharepoint Design of Workflows and Team Areas
Requirements:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of the MS Office 365 package and especially the core components Outlook / Exchange Online, Office 2016, Skype for Business and Sharepoint
- Knowledge of Sharepoint Design & implementation
- Knowledge of interface areas AD, SMTP, Windows Server 20xx, Networks, Windows Patching
- The experience required to maximize the availability, performance and security of Exchange Online
- Experience in IT Support and in working together with Service Desks who provide the 1st and 2nd level support
- Very good coordination and communication skills
- Business Fluent English language skills
Project details:
- Start: (start in May is also possible)
- Duration: 6 months
- Utilization: 100% (5 days per week) is desired, part time is also possible
- Location: Remote with business trips to Munich
- Languages: English
