Task:• Selection, evaluation and introduction of new access point generations and variants (Type-Approval process accompany).
• Access Point Testing on different Access Variants (Cable / DSL / LTE)
• Access Point Firmware Testing (with changed controller software / patch state) in interaction with the backend
• Preparation of manuals / installation instructions, etc.
• Error analysis and manufacturer contact
• Support with installation problems (Deployment support (selection of the suitable AP) / Support of central planning and operation)
Requirements (Must have):
• In-depth knowledge of WIFI technologies and standards
• Independent work
• Communicative
• Very good knowledge of the WIFI / Access Point products of the manufacturer Ruckus and possibly also Cisco
• Desirable experiences in service provider WIFI environments
• fluent German-, very good English
