A leading organisation have an additional head count for an ITIL Service Manager to join their team on a 12 month contract.
The ITIL Service Manager will be responsible for setting up processes, identify gaps and improvements and align customer and client interfaces as well as acting as an ITIL adviser to technical work streams to help them with process related gap mitigation.
