JD:: Customer Delivery Manager (CDM)• 12-15 years of project management, delivery management experience
• Telecom project experience desired, in BSS area preferably
• Experience on cloud, infra
• Able to pick up threads and convert into opportunities
• Able to pursue opportunities aggressively
• Must be able to understand latest technology trends and customer business outlook to create opportunities
• Excellent communication – verbal and written in German
• Excellent customer management skills
• Open to travelling
• Responsibilities
o Create or find growth opportunities and convert to business
o Work closely with delivery head and sales
o Strengthening engagement with Client on ground and middle layers
