Dear all,our client in the Frankfurt area is currently searching for an experienced Requirements Analyst and Documentation Specialist (m/f).
OBJECTIVES
• deliver operational compliance standards in manuals and manage documentation for all compliance areas
• enable local adaption of documents
• evaluate best document data base proposed for price / value and internal needs with decision matrix (min 5 suppliers assessed)
• advise on market options for compliance areas documentation control database
• support in proper solution finding
• develop a full concept for the roll out, content, corporate and field usage and maintenance of the solution
• find technical solutions for accessible on global scale, linking related documents to each other, with relationships and integrated with Microsoft Office
• automatic document numbering based on needs – sequential numbers, lettering, etc.
• automized routing, reviewing, approval , releasing and distributing of documents
• assign documents to a person, a group, a process or both
• automatically send reminder emails for due or overdue assignments to users
• electronic distribution lists of approved documents
• full text searching and reporting on all documents and the content within the documents
• automate the periodic review of documents
• edicated change request workflow ensures changes follow a specific process
• automatically archive older revisions and ability to restore archived revisions
• the software should not be in conflict with standards and regulations such as Corporate governance or Quality management systems (ISO 9001)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Senior IT consultant / Requirements analyst
• experienced with documentation of user manuals or compliance related documents
• several years of experience in working in an international environment
• very good knowledge of Documentation Management Systems
• fluent in English & German
• preferably experienced at Food Industry or related industries
• very good communication skills and proved teamwork ability
• willingness to travel (10% Travel)
