Currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to help our client gain an E2E view on the ERP Business Processes at one of their factories in Germany and support the Supply Chain.
You will be required to Oversee BPM mapping from current environment into future SAP systems, understand potential high risk Master Data/Data GAP, liaise with local Business Partners on site and gain an insights into the Legacy ERP Systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will speak with end users and translate their requirements to the business, be able to pick up a support ticket and run with it till solved. You should be an all-rounder and have experience working on different ERP projects. Migration and Cut Over Management experience is a plus.
Experience of working within a factory environment is a plus. It is an ongoing support role with some project work.
Project language is English and German.
