Hanson Regan are looking for a Service Owner for a 5 month contract position in North Rhine-Westphalia starting in June. This is an English speaking position (German is beneficial) that requires someone to take responsibility for the service ownership topics shown below.
This role will suit an experienced consultant who has a strong customer focus and a background of owning services on behalf of an IT organisation or has a background in product management:
- Managing the existing workplace service (Windows 7)
- Project Support for the future client workplace (Windows 10, in deployment)
- Service Ownership for Citrix/VDI
- Support of Service Ownership for Office 365/E-Mail Services
- Support of Service Ownership for User Access/RAS
