Task:• Project Management support for the Digital Workplace (“DWP”)
• Support alignment of Digital Workplace (“DWP”) with the Information Security Framework
• Support CISO Infrastructure and ISEC Business Proximity units on the preparation of security concepts for DWP
• Operationalization of Asset Classification & Protection (ACP) process
• Support alignment of Digital Workplace (“DWP”) with the Information Security Framework
• Support CISO Infrastructure and ISEC Business Proximity units on the preparation of security concepts for DWP
Requirements (Must have):
• Coordination and planning support of Digital Workplace (DWP) project activities in alignment with key stakeholders, identify key militones and tracking DWP project activities
• Coordinate periodic alignment meeting with DWP project stakeholders
• Track and monitor DWP project status as well as periodical report project achieved outcomes, required project decisions, identified project risks and issues
• Support the alignment of Digital Workplace (DWP) environment with the protection requirements defined in the Information Security Framework
• Provide required input for guidelines, processes and security standards for the DWP focusing on Windows 10 based clients, and addressing:
• Customer or provider managed digital workplace (mDWP)
• Virtual digital workplace (vDWP)
• User managed digital workplace (uDWP)
• Support planning of Infrastructure Security Improvement Concept project activities in alignment with key stakeholders, identify key milestones and tracking project activities
• Coordinate the preparation of the Asset Classification & Protection (ACP) for selected IT assets with strong infrastructure dependencies: applications, systems, services, and SaaS projects.
• Coordinate the preparation of security assessments for applications, systems, services, and SaaS projects and derivation of protection concepts
