ITSM Service Design Consultant m/w

Einsatzort: München
Start: zeitnah
Dauer: 12 Monate mit Verlängerungsoption
Fulltime, 100 %

Description:
The customer provides its internal clients the possibility to order IT Service via an IT Service Management Platform. Continuously there are onboardings of new IT Services onto the platform.
Every IT Service Owner needs to define its service in a Service Design Workshop.
This is based on ITIL Books and uses the Design Thinking practice.

Tasks:
- Create Service Charter using the Design Thinking Toolbox;
- Delivering Workshop: Value Proposition Workshop, Customer Journey Workshop, Prototyping Workshop;
- consolidate the outcomes of the workshops;
- create the data structure of the new service in the Service Management Database (FNT Service Planet);
- input of the data of the new service into the Service Management Database (SMDB);
- Test the onboarded service and bring it into production;
- Document the outcomes of the work and provide status reports;

Searched profile/skills:
- 3-5+ years experience in IT Service Design;
- Knowledge in ITIL;
- Knowledge and experience in Design Thinking
- good verbal skills;
- knowledge and experience in doing workshops with customs;
- Knowledge and experience in FNT Service Planet or identical Service Management Databases is a plus;
- Have the ability to understand customer business needs and support with IT systems.
- excellent German language skills, fluent
- English language skills business fluent
