Job Details:
Sanity checks for all OMS systems (DE, NL, UK)
Identification and fixing of errors in OMS systems
Monitoring and processing of ServiceNow tickets (incidents, changes, problems, )
Communication to Business and consulting on new solutions or existing processes
Support in tests on SAP systems
Reporting of current status in daily operational calls
Monthly reporting on key measurements
7/24 h support (on-call-duty)
