Project Setup• The global engineering change management (ECM) process has been moved from Teamcenter Engineering to SAP PLM in 2018
• Therefore applications from SAP and Cenit have been designed.
• Product Structure Management (PSM) for the creation and modification of BoMs from acquisition until end of lifecycle. Engineering BoM, BoM for prototyping and derivation of plant oriented mBoMs
• Advanced Process Management (APM) to realize the change and approval workflow according to automotive standards Engineering Change Request, Engineering change Order and Manufacturing Change Order
• Released BoM materials are automatically transferred into the global ERP system for downstream processes
• Data Migration of BoMs and Materials have been completed in January 2018
• Since then, the project is in rampup phase with intensive support

• Derivation of Lessons Learned (CIP, Training material etc.)
• Definition of requirements and qualification towards IT specification to derive a detailed IT implementation plan
• Testing of software implementation and release
