For our large client near Hannover we require SW-Developer Virtualization Linux/QNX:
Tasks:
Participation in international project teams with focus on Information and entertainment in vehicles and Vehicle Computer
- Software- and Test-development in the virtualization team with focus on Virtualization technologies, Sharing methods (eg Graphics and Audio) and Test development
- Working with virt. vendors on technical level and ensuring the quality of their deliveries
- Porting and validation of the Linux-Platform (incl. Virtualization) to new application processors
- Requirements-engineering, architecture, design and documentation.
Skills:
Good to excellent degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or physics
- Experience with software development with Embedded Linux or QNX is a precondition. Additional knowledge with OS-Kernel and device-drivers under Linux or QNX are helpful
- Knowledge and Experience with Virtualization technologies for Embedded devices (Basics anticipated, willingness and interest to acquire deep knowledge are expected)
- Experience with Git, Yocto and Jira are helpful
- Ability to cooperate with developers and suppliers in an international environment
- Very good skills in English language
- Self-contained and target-oriented work-style
- Commitment to follow quality standards (including the emerging process for functional safety)
- Willingness to work in an international team and to travel (Japan, India, Vietnam)
