Beschreibung

Tasks & Responsibilities
1st & 2nd technical support for all business products and infrastructures (desktop, telephony, transactional systems & market data)
Problem and change (Scheduled change & SRM (service request) management)
Plan, implement and maintain front office production systems (Infrastructure and Applications)
Assist in new implementations or upgrades to existing systems (Windows 10 migration)
Risk management control, SIP (service improvement initiatives) and reporting, including Technical audit compliance.
Raise risks in the appropriate forums and follow bank risk policies or guidelines.
Provide Financial Markets support for Applications and Services like Reuters/ Bloomberg/EBS Applications,
Responsible for all Front Office voice technologies, including British Telecom dealer boards, Verint voice recorder & intercom systems as well as mail and Instant Messaging


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

knowledge and experience in managing trading floor IT support/operations.
Project implementations in a trade floor environment.
Knowledge of trading floor services that includes FX and Sales products.

Understanding of the end-to-end IT infrastructure that supports the trading floor including patching, desk moves, all trade floor hardware and strong desktop hardware knowledge.
Strong PC/Desktop troubleshooting skills and Microsoft qualifications. MCSE or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM deployment methods.
Strong knowledge of market data systems and services
Strong knowledge of client server technologies – Citrix/Java Run time etc.
Strong understanding of telecommunications
etworking including IP addresses/DHCP/DNS/VPN connections/Private wires and patching.
Strong Active directory knowledge.
Clear understanding of IT security policies and security applications i.e Antivirus/firewalls.

Technical nice to have:
Knowledge of critical e-business trading tools
Networking qualifications (CCNA/CCNP)
Strong knowledge of Dealer Voice systems and intercom systems.
Knowledge of voice of IP or video conferencing systems.
ITIL foundation qualification or knowledge of.
