Your tasks:
You act as an Agile Project Manager (Scrum/Kanban) with focus on improving two teams in Hamburg in the way they work and deliver their results
You facilitate the agile and lean process, as well as a continuous improvement mindset within the teams and on business unit level
You assist Product Owners and other stakeholders in effecient ways by coaching them
You ensure a cross-team coordination
You help the teams identify and resolve impediments
You manage the changes within the team and the business unit
You maintain relevant metrics and reporting for the team
You act as liaise between different roles and therefore help foster improved communication and efficient processes between disciples
Whenever necessary, you act as a Project Manager within the team and internal or external third parties to our client
Your profile:
Proven knowledge of at least two years of experience in Agile Project Management or Agile Coaching
Additionally, knowledge in non-agile Project Management is helpful
A technical background is desirable
You take responsibility, posses good communication skills and lead by example
Your communication skills in English are fluent both written and spoken
