Salesforce Administrator Munich
An excellent Salesforce Administrator contract opportunity for an initial 6-month contract has arisen for a Global Market Leader in Munich, Gemany
Key Responsibilities
You will be
- Leading the short and long term CRM planning, overseeing the creation and ownership of roadmaps
- A Salesforce Subject Matter Expert who will be acting as the conduit between the Business and technology function
- Leading the technical and functional developments in Salesforce
- Driving forward requirements elicitation, solution design, hands-on Salesforce administration including testing and deployment of tailored solutions
- Interacting daily with stakeholders to understand and evaluate business processes and key requirements, proactively working to resolve issues
- Gathering, creating and documenting as-is' and to-be' business process flows
- Responsible for overseeing and identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Leading the development of solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions
- Overseeing implementation of a new CRM system, including data migration
Key Requirements
You will have the following skills and expertise
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com technologies, platforms, tools, data management and functionality
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM-211)
- Hands on Salesforce.com configuration experience
- Requirements gathering
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solution design experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain detail in both a technical and business friendly way
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced Agile environment
- Ability to deliver user training and feedback
- German Language skills are highly advantageous
