My client, a leading Consultancy is working with an Airline company looking for Data Archiving & Decommissioning Lead.
Tasks:
- The responsible resource is expected to perform analysis of the AirPlus Legacy environments and implement an archiving and decommissioning strategy using various strategic parameters such as volume, value, compliance, retention policies, and risks. This involves the extraction of the data from the archived applications and the set-up of the corresponding data retrieval process and interfaces
- Identify business requirements related to archiving & decommissioning in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead and manage application archiving analysis, including setting up and leading workshops and meetings
- Support the test teams and if required facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on archived data with the business
- Own and manage the build of all the in scope data migration test and production interfaces

- Create Functional and Technical Archiving design

- Data Extraction
