Role:
The Project Manager CPE is in charge for driving a successful project planning and execution in order to deliver the CPE products and components to Vodafone operating companies in local markets. He will support and report to the responsible Product Delivery Manager.
The detailed project plan will cover all product related deliveries to local market warehouses (hardware, application, devices, packaging, logistics/shipments) and outline dependencies and milestones to and from other cross-functional units.
Key accountabilities include:
Working closely with the Portfolio Manager to work out, maintain and track the overall detailed delivery project plan with all key stakeholders (client internal and with supplier)
Create detailed delivery project plan and manage dependencies
Track progress with task owners
Define and deliver reports and dashboard to create visibility on project progress
Skills/Hinweise:
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
10+ years proven working experience in technical environment e.g. developing, testing and delivering hardware products and services
Deep practical knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum and PMP or Prince 2). Certified Scrum Master and PMP desired
Deep knowledge of software development projects and delivery in agile environments.
Proven vendor and partner management skills including planning and product delivery.
Familiarity with CPE solutions, Wi-Fi technologies is a plus
Technical degree level (MSC)
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Excellent project management skills
Excellent analytical and technical skills to lead partner solution development and integration
Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) as well as traditional project management practices
Experience in project management tools
Good understanding of fixed net CPE technologies.
Excellent communication skills to work in an international environment split over different locations and time zones
Language: Englisch (fluent), German (nice to Have)
