For our client located nearby Aschaffenburg we are looking for a Consultant (m/f) Test Bench.
Tasks:
- Setup/Build up of a Component Test Bench for Drivers assistance systems, in cooperation with sub-suppliers
- Develop and document Component Test Bench architecture and design
- Manage Component Test Bench project by comparing plan (schedule) with actual progress
- Develop and extend Component Test Bench, troubleshoot and fix defects based on ALM tickets
- Acquire, develop, understand and document Component Test Bench requirements
- Manage and negotiate Component Test Bench requirements and change requests
- Specify test cases according to requirements
- Review design documents like requirements specifications, test specifications, architectures, etc.
- Create Component Test Bench documentation for users
- Execute tests and review for Component Test Bench releases and documentation ensuring that the Test Bench performs per requirements.
- Support internal and external customers by troubleshooting and improving the implemented Test Bench
Req.:
- Familiar with measurement (oscillosscope and multi-meters), automation devices and methods like power supplies, video grabber, flashing, OBD
- Familiar with PC Systems and relevant interfaces and hardware (like RAID controller, USB controller, Storage devices, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of LabView programming language
- Knowledge of ALM tools (eg PTC Integrity)
Nice-to-have:
- Working knowledge of ADTF based tools
- Capable to lead sub-supplier team and track progress
- Familiar with communication protocols
