For our client located nearby Aschaffenburg, we are looking for a Tool engineer (m/w) for radar sensors.
Aufgaben:
- Select and evaluate Reference Sensors for various ADAS functions on a Test Vehicle
- Create documents landscape for Ref. Sensors (Geometrical Position/Integration in Test Vehicles)
- Manage tool project (Reference Sensor) by comparing plan (schedule) with actual progress
- Evaluate the selected Sensors
- Gather, develop, understand and document system tool requirements
- Analyze and negotiate customer requirements, manage requirements and change requests
- Specify test cases according to the system tool requirements
- Plan and estimate tool development
- Review design documents like requirements specifications, test specifications, architectures, etc.
- Create tool documentation for users
- Execute tests and review for tool releases and documentation ensuring that the system tool performs according to requirements.
- Support internal and external customers by troubleshooting and continously improving implemented tools
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in sensors like Radar, Lidar, Cameras, GPS, inertial sensors etc.
- Good knowledge of ALM tools (e.g. PTC Integrity)
- Knowledge of product development engineering practices in the automotive field (e.g. Requirements management, Configuration management, Change management, testing and review techniques)
