Task:- Lead the distributed test organization (cross over different countries)
- Motivation and guidance of decentral stake holders in the test process
- Promotion of tests, root?cause?analysis of emerging problems and referring solution design and delivery
- Support in the documentation of standard operating procedures, issues, solution design and test progress
- Support in operative Application Clearing to reduce s/w packages from 3600 to 1500
- Assisting the test of the applications with key users
- Set up and control a virtual test laboratory (set up and improve the processes to use it)
- Support on root cause analysis of problems during tests (basic technical s/w packaging skills needed)
- Support on the development of corrections and bug?fixes (basic technical s/w packaging skills needed)
- Support on problem solution in the software deployment with the scripting factory (SCCM2007 & Config Manager 2016)
- Tracking of and management reporting on test?, solution design and solution delivery
- Escalation in the event of stakeholder failures and their continued unwillingness to improve the situation
- Potential support considering architectural design in the context of frontend and backend systems and their reliance on Configuration Manager or other infrastructure components for remote configuration, software delivery or other service functionality
- Prepare Go/No-Go decision proposals
- Strong alignment with Client License Management
- Steer the MWP supplier related to s/w package testing & migration activities
- Potential support in steering negotiations and elicitation of requirements with key stakeholders in case that situations should emerge which lead to the necessity of such
- Support in the specification of requirements for future WIN10 contract documents as deemed necessary Service and Dependency Management
- Identification of any conflicts and interdependencies relating to other infrastructure projects, e.g. IAM, AD consolidation, cloudification
- Adherence to ITIL or similar governance and guidelines required for the success of the project including: Change Management; Incident Management; Problem Management and Systems Support
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience in comparable projects working with large companies with IT users in different countries
- Experience in steering big virtual teams (~50 team members) cross over countries
- Experience in comparable large Microsoft Windows Rollout project, especially in software testing and software deployment
- Fluent English

- Workload: 4 days/week onsite + 1 day/week offsite or 5 days/week onsite
