TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Projektmanager (m/w) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 10 Monaten.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
manage regional IT program in global context
manage program from concept through to implementation and deliver across multiple locations, countries and disciplines
plan the overall program and monitor the progress
manage the program’s budget
manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
coordinate the projects and their interdependencies as well as interdependencies to other programs and projects
manage stakeholders’ communication
deliver program within agreed timeframe, budget, scope and KPI
manage and coach your program team, utilizing resources across projects
ensure regular reporting
Technical requirements
proven ability to plan and manage IT programs using leading methodologies, focus on:
adherence to scope and budget
risk management
stakeholder management and communication
proven track record of delivering complex programs to tight deadlines and high quality standards
proven track record of delivering programs with IT security focus (technical implementations e.g. PUAM, SIEM as well as organisational / process aspects ISO 27K)
being technically minded and experience in large organizations with mature production environments and according processes is a must
IT infrastructure operations or deployment background in enterprise data centers with state of art technologies is beneficial
Non-technical requirements
strong PM-Leadership skills and the ability to form and motivate teams without having hierarchical responsibility is a must
strong analytical and problem solving skills, thinking out of the box, being proactive
ability to work effectively and efficiently, being calm under pressure
resilience in delivering a program even in challenging environments
having a deep passion to establish IT end2end services bringing value add to customer
outstanding communicator, communicating with a range of audiences including executives as well as engineers, negotiating positive outcomes
a sound understanding of stakeholder relationship development working at all levels
results-oriented and self-motivated, strong focus on achieving jointly agreed deliverables
ability to work in global virtualized teams as a team player, cooperative
understanding different cultures as advantage
Methodology / certification requirements
bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent through experience
project management certification(s) is an absolute must-have
