Aktuell suchen wir für einen unserer Kunden in der Versicherungsbranche einen IT Projektmanager Infrastruktur / IT Operations (m/w).
Titel: IT Project Manager - IT Infrastructure and Operations
Initial Situation
IT Service Management Operations (SMO) provides infrastructure- and application platform-related services. SMO is responsible for run as well as infrastructure platform design during projects. Various programs require support from SMO for implementation. To understand the required support, plan for the support and organize the delivery, a project manager with the focus of infrastructure and IT operations is required.
Objective Service
• IT project management with focus on infrastructure and IT operations
• Handover of solutions into IT operations
• Support project in all project phases by delivery of SMO-related services
Service Description
• Provide a single point of contact for projects to the SMO line organization
• Deliver agreed SMO services to the project in time, budget and quality
• Coordinate alignment with other IT-related stakeholders like IT Enterprise Architecture, Information Security and Release Delivery
• Assist in defining and analysing non-functional requirements
• Project Planning with regards to scope, time, budget
• Prepare handover to operations by providing knowledge, resourcing and set-up/test of non-functional requirements
• Guide the project for the creation of required SMO documents
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Broad Infrastructure knowledge (e.g. Network (Firewall, DNS, Proxy, etc.), OS (Linux/Windows), Application Server (Jboss/IIS), Monitoring, Databases (MSSQL/Oracle/Sybase))
• Knowledge of key ITIL processes and IT operations standards
• High degree of self-contained working
• Problem resolution orientation as well as high dedication to delivery
