Infrastructure and Network Analyst support
I'm not sure whether you are currently seeking for a work at the moment however, I do have an urgent requirement.
One of our major client is urgently looking for a German Speaking Infrastructure & Network Analyst Support for Long term rolling contract based in Eschborn, Germany
This role is to support the current private cloud automation project. The role is a supporting role, but need deep technical understand of the overall infrastructure, implementation of the solution as well as the wider relationship between the involved parties.
In particular, supporting the Cloud manager automation engineering team by tracking down issues and tests in Dev/UAT and production environments by analysing reporting data, log messages or database entries.
Keeping ownership of error resolution of reported issues coordinate investigations, troubleshooting and error resolution.
The Infrastructure and Network Analyst support will be Responsible for the following:
* Maintain Cloud manager INT + UAT environments: checking reports, logs and portal warnings, clean-up of old test VMs
* production (and FMO testing) support: take ownership for reported issues, identify Cloud manager
* issues, coordinate investigations, troubleshooting and resolution
* run internal tests in NGP UAT, eg new build templates, changed parameters, new API versions
of external systems, etc. Includes communicating with other departments,
* changing parameters in the database, status reporting
* Creating and maintaining KPI metrics system for FMO and CMO performance data
- Analyse Database event and action tables to calculate performance and SLA related metrics and make them available scheduled or on demand.
* Support teams change management process by attending CAB meetings and raising changes
* Documentation of automation processes and KPI and performance metrics.
The Infrastructure & Network Analyst support will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Very good infrastructure and network understanding (3)
* Error understanding and resolving skills by analysing logfiles and other application data
* throughout the Cloud manager application (3)
* Programming skills (2), JAVA, Oracle PL/SQL knowledge
* Windows and Linux OS (2)
* The non-technical skills include Jira, Confluence and Documentation.
* Fluent German and English
* reliability, diligence, proactive action

Language: Fluent in English & German
Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
