TätigkeitenbeschreibungFür unseren Kunden in Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen Service Delivery Manager (m/w) für die Dauer von 6 Monaten + Option auf Verlängerung.
Anforderungen:
- Make GAP analysis between requirements /expectations and our internal capabilities
- Estimate the effort for filling the GAPs with the internal involved technical departments and / or
- Consulting and develop alternatives to close the GAPs
- The service offers are presented to our customers with the aim of finding and coordinating/consulting a common solution
- Consulting for implementation of the agreed solutions with the responsible technical departments
- Consulting and develop project specific Operational Models based on the available frameworks
- Present and coordinate the Operational Model internally and with our customers
- Handover the Services into BAU
- Consulting and support Partnership Office in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain the product catalog
Methodology / Rertification / Requirements:
- ITIL certified
- Experiences in the preparation and evaluation of operating manuals and run model documents
- Many years of experience in service provision of infrastructure services
- Definition and agreement of responsibilities by using the RACI matrix
- Optimization and structuring of service catalogs with regard to the structure and orchestration of
the services / products depicted therein
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatism and communication skills
- Absolutely confident appearance
