• Incident, Problem and Change
• Supporting Contact Center projects
• Consult AXA KAG concerning new solutions
Technical requirements
• Independent in configuration of Genesys Framework
• Independently in- and outbound routing configuration
• Monitoring (CC-Puls) and Reporting (Infomart)
• Good basic knowledge of Alcate VoIP technology
Non-technical requirements
• Collaborative and like to work in teams
Language Requirements
• Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
