Beschreibung

My client, a leading German telecommunication provider with headquarter in Cologne, is currently looking for an experienced Operational Readiness Lead for the introduction of a new network information/documentation system and the replacement of Legacy systems. The project will be located at the their network center in Kerpen and start on the 19th February 2018 for the duration of 8 months.

Capacity: Full-time on location (Remote possibility after training period)

Languages: German/Englisch

Tasks:

  • Defining, managing and coordinating all activities in the project that aim to prepare and prepare the organization and operational units to work in the new system.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the following project results:
    • Process analysis and re-engineering
      • Coordinates and performs process inventories
      • Comparison of existing processes with PNI standard processes
      • Process Change Need Analysis
      • Process Change Management
    • Harmonization Process-supporting work instructions
      • Documentation Guidelines
      • KPI Management Reports
      • Testing and Training
    • Support the creation of use cases and test cases
    • Support the creation of training documents based on the processes
    • Conducting trainings

Qualifications:

  • University degree within the business or IT environment
  • Ability to independently manage the subproject
  • years of project experience (sovereign behavior towards Sr. Management)
  • years of project experience with IT systems in the telecommunications environment
  • years experience in business analysis/process design and implementation
  • Certification in process/quality management (eg DGQ)
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with German companies with international parent companies
  • Experience with Prince2 project management methods
  • Experience with system introductions, especially Network Documentation Systems
  • Experience with software and process training for system introductions
  • Fluent German and English language skills

Traveling: at the beginning increased travel requirements to Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Kassel ... to get to know the respective processes (an expense budget is available for this)
