Dear all,for our client in Munich we are seeking for a Senior PMO (m/f).
Tasks:
• Manage all incoming requirements from the customer
• Manage the communication with clients and department heads or management
• Clarify the requirements and involve necessary stakeholders an other companies
• Align on a timeline
• Keep track of costs, timeline and quality of delivered data and documentation
• Creation of reports for cost controlling, check invoices regarding delivery
Skills:
• Deep knowledge of various IT Infrastructure technologies (network technologie (LAN/WAN), router, switch, WLAN access, network infrastructure, telephone infrastructure, network connectivity inside and outside, data center infrastrucutre (SAN switch, patches, server movements, fire walls, voice recording systems), organization of movements of end devices (PC, monitor, printer, phones), side inspections of technic/server rooms to identify equiments to be removed
• Deep knowledge in centralized / decentralized infrastructure
• Degree in computer science, communications engineering or equivalent knowledge
• Many years of professional experience as a Technical IT Consulting
• Many years experience in high complex banking IT environments
• Good networking skills and assertiveness in conflicting situations
• Experience in management of highly complex and sensitive organizations
• Excellent Presentation and communication skills
• Very good English language skills
• Very good German language skills are mandatory due to communication with German administration and several German external companies
• Ability to transfer complex IT topics to Business; ITIL, SIM process KnowHow and experience
• Ability to communicate with clients, steering committee and department heads or management
• Experience in managing complex projects involving several Business and Service Lines
• Familiar with the HP project management tool PPM
• Very good skill in MS Office products
