Location: RosenheimDuration: 12 months or 6 months rolling contract
Skills:
IT – System / Networking Minimum working experience 3-4 years of experience in IT system administration
Related Certification will be a plus – MCSE/CCNA/RHCE
Language Skills Competencies: English and German (written and spoken)
? Hands-on experience of working with Windows Operating System, office Applications, PC hardware and Networking
• Good understanding and troubleshooting knowledge on windows desktop and Microsoft products (Office, Basic Application software, Anti-virus etc.).
• Hands on experience on Network switch and Wireless Access points
• Good Understanding of server and storage hardware.
• Hands on experience working with Printers, Scanners and hardware support.
• Knowledge on Active Directory, SCCM, WSUS will be plus. Understanding of data backup and restore process
• Working knowledge of ticket system, Monitoring systems
• Coordination with Local Service providers/vendors/OEM for support/services
• exposure to using ticketing systems/monitoring systems
? Strong analytical skills and technical skills; excellent communicator who can disseminate information in a clear manner to both business and technical audiences.
? Ensure continues IT Operations to all customer business functions by providing 1st & 2nd IT support.
? Ability to use prioritize and categorize tickets. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Optimize IT processes.
? Managing the IT equipment (working stations - PCs, laptops, mobile devices, etc) and software according to customer policies.
? Work and resolve technical problems and issues reported from our internal customers related to customer environment
? Demonstrate Customer Orientation: You are able to understand quickly what the customer wants and the associated technical and business impact.
