Proteus Europe is searching for a Sap Consultant for a client in Southern Germany. The client is looking for a part - time commitment for a 10 month duration.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
The client is looking for someone to perform SAP month-end activities, SAP planning, implementation of intercompany billing in the Group, participation in process improvement, continuation and updating of the respective documentation, testing of new BW reports and SAP rollout test support.
This contract will require you to be available for a number of tasks including 5 working days at the end of each month for the rest of 2018 for month end activities.
The entire contract is expected to total approx. 103 working days over the 10 months. (A breakdown is included below)
Tasks:
o SAP month-end activities (about 10 x 5 days = 50 days):
o Execution of test and actual runs within the scope of the SAP monthly financial statement
o Error analysis + communication of occurring errors to corresponding CO department
o Handover / upload of relevant data in Group Reporting System
o SAP planning (about 30 days):
o care stat. Key figures and settlement rules for central processing unit / internal orders
o Maintenance of cycles and execution of test and planned runs, i.a. (Plan / actual): KSU *; KSV *; KSW *; as well as error analysis and troubleshooting (eg lock of cost centers, wrong periods maintained, accounting for more than 100%, ...)
o Maintain overhead surcharges, hourly rates, CO master data
o Content coordination with the CO department as well as plausibility of the settings
o Implementation of inter-company SLA settlement in the G and D Group (approx. 8 days):
o Execution of settlements in SAP of intercompany services to other G and D companies
o Carrying out rebooking / allocation of maintaining headquarters costs
o Participation in improvement of processes in the o.g. Environment (in cooperation with the SAP Steward Organization) (about 5 days)
o Continuation and updating of the respective documentation in the o.g. Environment (about 5 days)
o Ad hoc topics by arrangement: e.g. Tests of new BW reports, SAP rollout test support (about 5 days)
Your Skills and Qualifications :-
Essential Skills :-
Profile:
1. several years of professional experience in SAP projects / consulting, with a focus on CO module, as well as knowledge of value flows and transfer from PS module and SD module into the CO module.
2. secure mastery of all relevant transactions for testing and execution of CO month-end closing, planning, and repositioning cycles.
3. Knowledge of different value flows in the SAP systems of manufacturing companies is required
