Support Executive - German speaking - Karlsruhe
My German-based client is keen on getting an experienced professional to join them on an initial monthly rolling project as a Support Executive.
You must be able to speak German and English fluently, and be available to start ASAP on site in Karlsruhe!
As a Support Executive, you will need the following skills:
- Onsite support for End User in customer location
- Staging and set up of End User Computer with existing Images
- Individual Application installation
- Accompaniment of suppliers
- Stock management
- Helping End User with several questions related to devices
- Supporting Offshore team with helping hands eg for server cable patching
