Aufgaben:

We are looking for a IT Specialist (f/m) LAN/WAN for a client in Nuremberg.

The following tasks should be done:
+ Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
+ Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs
+ Incident resolution, Incident management
+ Implementing changes, Change management
+ Installation of new versions, patches
+ Close customer contact during operative work
+ Supplier management for incident related communication
+ Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
+ Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
+ Planning and implementation of projects / new designs.

Anforderungen:

MUST-Haves:
+ Very good and applicable knowledge of Cisco IOS and Catalyst Series, as well as Cisco Nexus with respective certifications
+ Very good and applicable knowledge of IP routing and switching protocols (CCNP R&S)
+ Experienced in IP address management of a global company network
+ Network authentication and authorization knowhow
+ Very good and applicable knowledge of network services (DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, etc.)
