project description:
-Implementation of all necessary operative tasks to guarantee maintenance of operation
-Run applications, services, platforms and network to deliver promised service portfolio according SLAs•
- Ensure global IT support based on follow-the-sun organization as well as 24/7 on-call-duty
Aufgaben:
- Incident resolution, Incident management
- Implementing changes, Change management
- Installation of new versions, patches
- Close customer contact during operative work
- Supplier management for incident related communication
- Documentation of all executed tasks in a ticket tool and CMDB
-Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components
- Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs
Skills:
- Very good and applicable knowledge of Cisco IOS and Catalyst Series, as well as Cisco Nexus with
respective certifications
- Very good and applicable knowledge of IP routing and switching protocols (CCNP R&S)
- Experienced in IP address management of a global company network
- Network authentication and authorization knowhow
- Very good and applicable knowledge of network services (DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, etc.)
