Security Incident Analyst in Hannover
Tätigkeit:
We have an immediate contract opportunity for Security Incident Analyst in Hannover, Germany kindly go through the below job description and let me know your interest to discuss more about this position.
Responsibilities:
• An L2/L3 SME in Incident Management and Security Monitoring
• Provide customized reports on emerging threat campaigns form Supplier's (Infosys) intelligence;
• Support the development of security architecture and ensure that the solution architecture is aligned with existing infrastructure
• Review all incident records regularly to ensure they were resolved within the parameters of the defined severity levels.
• Audit incident records that have exceeded standard resolution times
• Review of the SOC/ SIEM processes and procedures regularly and update the documents. Develop and adjust security processes at Supplier/
Infosys.
• Experience with Security Events Monitoring, Deep Investigations, Forensics, Threat Hunting, Malware Reverser etc.
• Leadership skills to manage coordination with diverse, high performance teams.
• Knowledge of reporting capabilities of SIEM and Integrated Metrics Reporting
• Product Knowledge of SIEM tools like Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm etc.
• Occasional Travel may be required
Job Requirements:
• Ideal Candidate should have at least 10-12 years' experience focused on the SIEM/SOC Operations
• Have worked with CERT teams, experience in APT, DDoS, Phishing, Malicious Payloads, Malware etc.
• Have deep understanding of advanced Security Analytics, Forensics, and Cybersecurity Frameworks, Critical Incident Response/ Breach
Response etc.
• Broad Understanding of Security Domains including Network Security, SIEM, DLP, IDAM, App Sec. GRC etc
• Good teamwork, Willingness to learn
• Creativity, able to analyze and solve problems and able to work within pressure
• Able to work with multiple customers at a time
• Strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving
• Good English communication skills (written and oral)
