Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line).
A Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) is required for a 6-12 month contract in Koln, Germany. The client has a global presence and excellent on-the-job training opportunities for development. This is an urgent requirement so interviews are taking place very quickly. The ideal start date is 15th/22nd January 2018.
The Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) will be experience in;
- 1st/2nd line Desktop support
- Basic knowledge of Datacenter Touch support
- Network device support
- Servers connectivity/troubleshooting
- SCCM experience
- German Fluency is Mandatory
