Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line).

A Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) is required for a 6-12 month contract in Koln, Germany. The client has a global presence and excellent on-the-job training opportunities for development. This is an urgent requirement so interviews are taking place very quickly. The ideal start date is 15th/22nd January 2018.

The Technical Support Engineer (2nd Line) will be experience in;

  • 1st/2nd line Desktop support
  • Basic knowledge of Datacenter Touch support
  • Network device support
  • Servers connectivity/troubleshooting
  • SCCM experience
  • German Fluency is Mandatory
