Job description
• Ensure the IT Operations within the system landscape
• Implement operational and security guidelines
• Help to improve IT systems in terms of data protection and data security
• Support the ITIL based incident, problem and change Management
• Service level management for IT services

Qualifications
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension
• Profound ITIL knowledge and high expertise in IT technologies
• Knowledge of IT security methods and processes
• Good written and spoken English and German knowledge
• Experience with SAP or Siebel are an advantage
